Seeing several COBRA soldiers scurring down the hallway, Geoff paused and realized that he had to calm and not be hasty in their next move, despite Morgan wanting to take action quickly. “We have to think of a plan, Morgan. We cannot just go in there and start swinging our katanas like crazy fools. That will draw in even more COBRA and it is just only the two of us right now in here!”
The impatient Morgan gave her usual disapproval. “We have no time to be diplomatic and politically correct. We must strike now. I have battled against more than this all by myself and won easily.”
Geoff gently placed his hand on Morgan’s shoulder. He looked down on her beautiful brown eyes and sighed “My dear….you need patience and a clear head. And after this is all over, a nice soak in the hot springs with me!”
